Join Our Network—Become an NMPAN Affiliate

Affiliates are NMPAN's "eyes and ears" on the ground, bringing useful resources to the network's attention, providing information and updates on niche meat processing development efforts in place, and keeping the network relevant by identifying priority problems and challenges to niche processing. NMPAN has two types of affiliates:

State Affiliates are NMPAN's  primary contact for the network in each state. State Affiliates are welcome to provide as much input as they can, and will receive a monthly email update on the project's status as it progresses. State Affiliates should ideally hold positions that allow them to provide services to niche processors at low to no cost, i.e. such assistance fits clearly within their job description, for example, those who work for a state department of agriculture or university extension.

Network Affiliates are others in a state that already has a state affiliate. This group could include private consultants, NGO representatives, researches, trade group representatives, producers or meat processors. These members will occasionally be asked for feedback and can expect to receive updates on the project as major steps are accomplished.

To become an affiliate of NMPAN, please tell us about yourself and your connection with niche meat processing by filling out the following form. If you are interested in being considered as a state affiliate, please answer "YES" to question 4 below. We'll keep you posted as NMPAN grows and more resources become available online.

NOTE: Fields with an * are required. If you are not with an organization, please enter "N/A". The information you provide will only be used for purposes related to NMPAN and will not be distributed to outside parties without your permission.
